October Meeting: Exploring ICUL Professional Development Opportunities

Our October Chapter Meeting brought together local credit union professionals and representatives from the Iowa Credit Union League (ICUL) for an engaging panel discussion on professional development opportunities.

ICUL representatives Brittany Freeman and Jodi Allen shared information about the wide range of programs and resources the League offers to help credit union professionals grow and connect, including:

• Roundtables

• Training workshops

• Iowa Innovation Group (IIG)

They also highlighted several opportunities for emerging leaders, such as educational roundtables, the ICUL Emerging Leaders Facebook group, newsletters, and the CRASH programs.

Following the presentation, our panel of credit union professionals shared their firsthand experiences participating in the Iowa Innovation Group and CRASH programs.
